Commissary Hot Line Supervisor
John Bull Ltd is looking for an Commissary Hot Line Supervisor to join our team in Nassau, Bahamas at our Commissary in Palmdale.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, hard worker, attention to detail, is observant, and enjoys the kitchen production environment.
POSITION SUMMARY: This position contributes to the Food & Beverage Division’s success by leading a team of commissary culinary partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following, but not limited to:
The commissary kitchen lead is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the outlet. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the commissary's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the outlet. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Food & Beverage Division’s guiding principles.
